According to analysis just released by the Natural History Museum the global biodiversity average is down to 75% – way below the safe limit for humanity. Furthermore, the UK is significantly lower than the global average with only 53% of its biodiversity remaining. Sobering news for our world leaders as they prepare for the UN Biodiversity Conference (COP15) tomorrow.

We simply cannot afford to sit back and rely on our governments to resolve this situation as their track record to date is very poor having failed to meet any of the Aichi biodiversity targets agreed in Japan in 2010.
